Service Description
Car Removal Auckland provides cash-for-car, car removal, car wrecker and scrap car removal services across the Auckland region. We buy vehicles for cash and provide free collection.
Quotes
All quotes are free and provided based on information supplied by you. Quotes assume that information is accurate. If the vehicle is materially different from what was described at quote time, we reserve the right to revise the quote at pickup, but we'll always be transparent about why.
Ownership
You warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the right to sell it. If you are not the registered owner (e.g. estate, deceased estate, partnership dissolution), you must inform us in advance.
Payment
Payment is made on the spot at pickup, either in cash or by bank transfer initiated before our truck leaves your property. No deferred payment terms.
NZTA Notice of Disposal
At pickup, you sign the NZTA notice of disposal form. This legally transfers ownership of the vehicle from you to us. From that moment, we are responsible for the vehicle.
Outstanding Vehicle Obligations
Selling the vehicle to us does not clear pre-existing traffic infringements, parking fines, or any other obligations attached to the registered owner at the time of those offences. These remain with the registered owner of record at the time the offence occurred.
Liability
Once the NZTA disposal is signed, all future obligations relating to the vehicle pass to us. Any pre-signing obligations (fines, infringements, registration arrears) remain with the previous owner.
Service Availability
Same-day pickup is offered subject to driver availability and weather/traffic conditions. We always communicate honestly about pickup timing.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
