"Same-day pickup" gets used loosely. Here's what it means with us in Auckland in 2026: call before midday and your vehicle is collected that afternoon. Call after midday and pickup is typically next morning.

• 09:00 — You call. Quote in 2 minutes.
• 09:03 — Quote accepted. Pickup scheduled for 1pm.
• 13:00 — Driver arrives at your Auckland address.
